HDOB is a tiny program (just 18KB) that doesn`t even need installing. It is a converter among different numerical units.
From HDOB you can convert among any of the following numerical systems: hexadecimal, decimal, octal and binary. You just insert the number you want to convert, and it will automatically convert it to the other three. For example, if you write 37 in decimal, it will be 24 in hexadecimal, 44 in octal and 100100 in binary. Without doubt a small but very useful and practical tool.
